Pop This Jam (Hip Hop Version) is a non-profit collaboration between Mexican recording artist Ian Guerin & Australian production master Phat Records Music.
It has also become Ian's most critically acclaimed song to date having WON a Beat 100 U.K. A&R Silver Song Award for "Well Written Original Song" & a Press Award for topping the BEAT 100 World Chart, Original Chart & R&B/Hip Hop Chart simultaneously.
Originally demoed as part of another creative process, the main harmonies & melodies of "Jam" were first laid down by Guerin in the summer of 2013.
The final cut of Pop This Jam (Hip Hop Version) was recorded & mixed in December 2013 at Streetwalker Records and C & G Recordings, while music was produced & mixed at Phat Records Music, Australia.
Pop This Jam (Hip Hop Version) was mastered at Vangort Soundworks by Ian Guerin's longtime collaborator, Azhmir Vangort.
